Called at the end of last, talked with the most pleasant lady, didn't get to write her name down, my apologies. However, she was Amazing, customer service and rapport building skills are phenomenal!!! (She's the reason I went with them, because I'd been shopping around for a week.) She took my name and saved the quote for me, in case I decided to go with them. She was aware I was still shopping around and didn't rush me off the phone or get an unhelpful attitude because of it. Now, we go in today, and James, didn't disappoint. He too, was Amazing, possessed phenomenal customer service and rapport building skills. It was busy on today, he was the only one answering phones, checking in and out customers, and still made time to double check, communicate and laugh! He never once demonstrated a behavior that signaled, "I'm sick of you and my job today!" Never once; James, was helpful and attentive to each customer. He helped my Sun, get 4- new tires that wasn't just affordable but that are reliable and durable, also! They have great deals and services too, check them out for yourself and/or send someone you care about to get treated right!
