Went in for an alignment check. Met the Manager Assad who proved great customer service, communication and recommendations. This was all on a free service. If this is how they treat free customers then I know they are going above and beyond for their paying members. I definitely recommend considering them for your next service appointment.

Friendly and professional fellow, got right to what I needed, not pushy or hurried. No upsell tactics or pressure-sales techniques. Got the (small) job done in a few minutes. Offered me a free tire rotation and wheel alignment, too, which I declined only because I had to get to work. I’ll get my next NEXEN ROADIAN set of truck tires here. Very good experience. Thank You!

Had a nail in my tire and it was causing my tire to obviously leak and be flat. They completely took my car immediately as a walk-in and had me out within an hour and a half with a fixed full tire! I wasn’t able to say thank you to everyone because I was rushing so thank you so much for fixing my day and making life easier. You are so appreciated. Go to them!

Had some issues with vibration in my steering wheel after getting new tires. Fabian was super helpful explaining everything to me and made sure to stay affordable. Can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be going here only from now on.
