I was in a hurry and my car has a nail on the tire. I went to Discount tire and they could not take care of the problem so we found Big Brand tire & service in Burnet road and they got take care of the flat in less than one hour for free. The personnel was courteous and attentive . I was so happy specially it was 104 F outside

Great experience here when my car had issues. They took care of all my issues quickly and I was pleased with the price! Plus they gave me a 15% discount on my oil change without me asking. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I went in to have my front brakes changed, let me know they weren’t needed yet. I really appreciated their honesty and not trying to upsell me. Grant and Sam were both very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be going back for any future car needs! 😊
