Great customer service and transparency on pricing and time things would take. Made an appointment for midday Saturday for a brake inspection and the repairs were still done by end of day, even with the full gagarge and parking lot they had when I got there.

We got a flat in Porterville on the way back to LA from Sequoia. We made it to Big Brand right at closing time. They stayed open for us and fixed the problem, so we were able to make it home that night and didn't have to stay a night there! They definitely saved the day!
