Took my rental there because there was a screw in one of the tires. They fixed it for free! Nice people, great service and no charge, you can’t do better. I’m moving to the area and this will be my tire shop!! Thank you, Big Brand!

Arika, Angela and the staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. They strive to get you in and out quickly—which is no small feat considering how busy they are. They’ve replaced brakes and done oil changes on both my Subarus and have always done a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I LOVE this place! Arika went above and beyond to help me get into a new set of tires I could afford. I was not planning on getting a new set but for safety reasons, I felt it was best long term to purchase them now rather than do a quick fix. The tires already feel safer/grip the road very well and I know will be great in winter weather. The shop dog "Clyde" comes to welcome others and also loves to play fetch. I have interacted with this shop since I moved to Tahoe in 2024 and highly recommend them for great service, quality work and genuine fun/funny interactions. Good humans work here!
