Big Brand Tire & Service - Goleta

I woke up with a nail in my tire yesterday morning an hour before I had to go in for work. I called Big Brand telling them about my problem and they said they're day was pretty much completely booked. I brought my car down anyways and left my keys with them and asked them if they get any time if they could work on my car. I wasn't expecting to hear back until at least mid afternoon/close to their closing time. Within an hour I received a call saying my tire was good to go and I could pick up my car. Excellent and friendly service, they really care about making sure you receive safe care and in a timely fashion. I won't go anywhere else! Hide

Friendly, great communication, (such as just greeting and acknowledging every customer although they were very busy, calling me quickly to let me know the car was done, explaining what needed to be done.) The waiting area is a clean pleasant place to wait for the car. They offered magazines, coldwater, internet. I had just wanted the undercarriage of my car looked at as I had run over a traffic cone on the freeway (! Not my fault ) and the dealer I called said they couldn't look at it for six days and that it would cost $70 just to put it up on the rack. Big brand could get me in in two days, didn't charge to get it looked at, and did an alignment for a fair price. Hide
