2019 Ford Transit-250 Base
Company misled me on alignment - bought 4 new tires and said car needed alignment. Apparently, guarantee was 3 months or 3,000 miles. Van sat for 4 months, then used it for 2 months and now took it in for a tire rotation. Told it again needed an alignment - 6 months??? I tried to get them to cover the alignment - guarantee woefully inadequate. Refused. Then Company advised they have a 3 year 36,000 miles warranty on the same alignment - I paid for that one, about $100 more than other one. Misled.
